Na het grote succes van de pindrumclub 2018-2019 hebben we voor 2020 weer een nieuwe pindrumclub. We zijn bijzonder blij en trots dat Plum Street Samplers, La D Da en Heartstring Samplery weer meewerken aan onze club. En Kathy Barrick is onze vierde ontwerpster!
Voor de pindrumclub 2020 hebben we gekozen voor seizoenen. Elke ontwerpsters neemt een seizoen voor haar rekening. Ons schema is als volgt:
Januari 2020 – La D Da – Winter
April 2020 – Heartstring Samplery – Voorjaar
Juli 2020 – Plum Street Samplers – Zomer
Oktober 2020 – Kathy Barrick – Herfst
Elke drie maanden ontvang je een pakket met een exclusief patroon van La D Da, Heartstring Samplery, Plum Street Samplers en Kathy Barrick. De patronen zijn zo ontworpen dat je ze allemaal kunt afwerken als een pindrum (speldentrommeltje). Hieronder zie je een voorbeeld van een pindrum, dit was het patroontje van Heartstring Samplery voor de vorige pindrum club.
In het pakket vind je uiteraard het patroon, stof en garen, maar ook afwerkingsmaterialen voor de pindrum, zoals op maat gesneden cirkels en eventueel gebruikte velveteen (stof) of chenille en vlieseline. Het pakketje zit in een heel handig mapje, zodat je alles mooi bij elkaar houdt. Elke pindrum borduur je op 14 draads handgeverfde stof van Weeks Dye Works of R&R Reproductions met handgeverfd Weeks Dye Works garen. Bij het eerste pakketje ontvang je bovendien een uitgebreide instructie met foto’s voor het in elkaar zetten van de pindrum.
De pakketjes kosten € 45,00-€ 50,00 per stuk, dit is inclusief verzending binnen Nederland, voor verzending naar het buitenland berekenen we de gemaakte kosten. Alle pakketjes worden als brievenbuspakketje verstuurd. We gaan er dan vanuit dat de portotarieven ongeveer gelijk blijven vanaf 1 januari 2020. De pakketjes worden de laatste vrijdag van de maand verstuurd.
Je kunt je alleen opgeven voor de gehele club, het is niet mogelijk om afzonderlijke pakketjes te bestellen. Zodra je je aanmeldt voor de club, ben je verplicht om alle vier pakketten af te nemen. Alle pakketten worden verzonden op de laatste vrijdag van de maand.
Je kunt je tot 19 oktober inschrijven voor deze exclusieve club. Er zijn een beperkt aantal plaatsen beschikbaar. Inschrijven kan door een mail te sturen naar de winkel met je naam, adres en email.
Wij kijken er al naar uit om samen met jou weer een jaar vol pindrumplezier te hebben.
After our successful pindrum club 2018-2019, we have a new pindrum club for 2020 coming up. We are very happy and proud that Plum Street Samplers, La D Da and Heartstring Samplery are again part of the club. And Kathy Barrick is our fourth designer! How awesome is that.
For the pindrum club 2020 we chose a seasonal theme. Each designer is going to design a pttern for a season. This is the schedule:

Every quarter you will receive a kit with an exclusive design from La D Da, Heartstring Samplery, Plum Street Samplers and Kathy Barrick. The designs all can be finished as a pindrum. Below you can see the design that Heartstring Samplery did for our 2018-2019 club.
Each kit comes with of course the pattern, fabric and threads but we also include all finishing materials, like cardboard circles cut to size, velveteen or chenille (if used by the designer) and interfacing. The kits come in their own little folder, which is very handy to keep everything together. You will stitch each pindrum on 36 count handdyed fabric either by Weeks Dye Works or R&R Reproduction and all designs use Weeks Dye Works handdyed threads. With the first kit, you also get an extensive tutorial on how to finish a pindrum with lots of photos (by email). Below you see the kit contents of the pindrum that Plum Street Samplers designed for us for the previous club.
The packages cost $ 46.00- $ 55.00 each, we have found quite a good way of shipping them world wide and will do our best to keep shipping at a minimum. Each kit is shipped on the last Friday of the month.
You can only register for the entire club, it is not possible to order individual kits. In the first week of the month we mail the costs for the kit and the payment must be received before the 10th of the month. By signing up, you commit yourself a year of pindrums and pay for these four exclusive kits. International payments can take place through paypal or BIC/IBAN codes.
There are limited spots available, so you have until 19 October to sign up. Just send an email to the shop with your name, address, email and paypal email address.
